The Master`s degree in Business Coaching and Psychology is an education program which aims at preparing students to conduct coaching sessions in the context of a comprehensive and structured development processes. In addition, students will acquire knowledge and skills required to do research and make diagnoses of the key social and psychological factors affecting communication and relations in the context of a modern organization with the special emphasis on Management Coaching.
This 2-year, full-time Masters Degree Course, explores the key processes, factors, theoretical and methodology approaches related to Organization Culture, Change Management and key behavioral factors that, together with practical methods and tools, turn contemporary managers into effective Coaches. This course offers an interdisciplinary, sophisticated and practical approach that helps students build critical and comprehensive perspective on an interplay between, on the one hand, an individual and, on the other, social and psychological demands of a contemporary organization. Upon the completion of the program, students will also be familiar with a multitude of practical coaching, communication and management tools that could be applied with the purpose of being a more effective member of an evolving society and fast changing organizations.
This specialization will help students to inter alia:
- acquire a sound knowledge of the major approaches to coaching
- build sufficient knowledge and a set of skills required to conduct coaching sessions.
- analyze and make conclusions based on the critical understanding of the key factors affecting organization culture and organization change
- critically assess data, information and ideas
- develop a solid understanding of social and psychological factors affecting people effectiveness in an organizational context, especially in situations of change
