Description:
The programme is offered by the International Faculty of Engineering in cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
A contemporary mechanical engineer is expected to posess not only a solid knowledge in mechanicts and mechanical engineering, but also to acquire a good in background in electrical and electronic engineering, automatics and control as well as in computer science and management.
The programme includes fundamentals of mechanical system design and oparation, dynamics of mechatronic systems, computer science, control and driving systems, microsystems.
The graduate of MSc degree in the field of mechatronics will be prepared to work mainly in research institutes and R&D centers, electrical engineering industries (automotive, household appliances, medical equipment, aerospace, machine tools), service and diagnostics stations, health care in the operation of medical devices and diagnostic equipment and institutions involved in counseling and dissemination of knowledge of the construction and operation of mechatronic devices.
