Ready, Study, Go! Poland at the fair in Georgia

Offer of the Polish universities was presented on 14 and 15 February at the International Fair for Overseas Studies in Tbilisi. It is the largest education event in Georgia with the number of visitors exceeding 7,000 people. This year's fourth edition was attended by more than 100 institutions from 12 countries. Among the exhibitors were state and private institutions representing higher and professional education, as well as international and donor organizations that are focused on development and support of education sector.

Polish universities presented their offer at STUDIJOS fairs in Vilnius

Between 6 and 8 February 2014 11 Polish HEIs took the opportunity Ministry of Science and Higher  Education created for them and presented their education offer to Lithuanian students at International Knowledge, Education and Career Fairs STUDIJOS 2014. Dalia Grybauskaitė, President of the Lithuanian Republic officially opened the event.

With over 194 exhibitors from 14 countries and nearly 40 thousand visitors STUDIJOS Fairs is the biggest education expo in the Baltic countries.

Meeting of CRASP representatives with CNPq

On 3 February 2014 representatives of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP) met with Dr. Liane Hentschke, Director for International Cooperation of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) – the executive agency of the Brazilian government program “Science without Borders”. The Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil participated in the meeting.

Ministry of Science and Higher Education at the conference „Destination Europe” in San Francisco

The main goal of the conference “Destination Europe” co-organized by the European Commission and Member States in San Francisco on December 12 and 13, 2013, was promotion of Europe as an attractive place for research and pursuing scientific careers among the American scientists.

Programs aimed at supporting of international mobility of researchers were presented during the plenary sessions: Horizon 2020, in particular Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, Euraxess, and funding schemes of the European Research Council.
