Description:
Developing Web Applications with ASP.NET
This course provides you with the knowledge and skills needed to build dynamic multitier web applications with ASP.NET and Visual Studio. You learn both rapid application development techniques and how to build n-tier web applications with efficient access to databases and sophisticated user interfaces employing data and model binding and data-source controls.
Who can apply? Anyone involved in developing web applications using Microsoft technology and new to ASP.NET MVC who has programming experience in C# or Visual Basic at the medium level, and a fundamental knowledge of HTML.
You Will Learn How To:
• Build and deploy secure, scalable applications with ASP.NET MVC
• Produce clean, maintainable code using the MVC architecture
• Develop powerful application controllers to respond to user requests
• Validate user input with HTML helpers and unobtrusive JavaScript
• Design rich client and mobile user interfaces with Ajax and jQuery
• Authenticate users with local and third-party providers
