The Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is the best specialist university in Poland and a leader in innovation. It guarantees its students not only the opportunity for intellectual adventure and pursuing their non-academic pastimes but also ensures an education and skills valued in the labour market. It is here where exceptional researchers teach on nature or technical courses related to crop production, animal husbandry, food management, biology and biotechnology, veterinary medicine, landscape architecture or environment engineering and protection. Each year nearly 2,500 students graduate from the University and they quickly become highly sought after in the labour market. The fact of being ranked 3rd in the country in terms of the number of patents is the best proof of the academic prowess of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Another confirmation is its cooperation with the business environment and (successful!)implementation of the results of academic research. The University, which emphasises the practical scope of education and science, is also well-known and appreciated for its academic studies for the macro-region and its businesses.
