The programme is offered by the International Faculty of Engineering in cooperation with the Faculty of Organization and Management. Contemporary companies require competent staff ready to introduce successfully new technological solutions indispensable for company development. The staff has to be well-educated and skilled both in engineering and management, and need to be well-acquainted with computer software supporting both these areas.
Initially, the programme includes basic technical subjects and a wide range of design aspects involving mechanical and elecrtical constructions. Later on, courses in economy, finances, banking systems, management (of human resources, of production process, of quality, etc.) and marketing strategies are introduced.
Graduates will be competent in different fields of engineering and technology and have thorough knowledge of management problems, in particular concerning industrial management. This fundamental knowledge creates the basis for forecasting future technological changes, which are very important in establishing a company strategy.
