MA program in American Studies and Mass Media comprises various disciplinary areas dealing with the United States of America in transatlantic and global contexts. The emphasis is put on the relations and influences exerted by the United States on international politics, mass media and mass culture and world economy. Our graduates are well equipped with skills which are in demand by employers, such as English language and communication skills, familiarity with political, social, cultural and economic realities of the USA, the largest economy in the world and a world leader in developing new technologies and innovative solutions in advertising, political campaigning, and e-business. According to our records, our graduates find employment in central government (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and local government agencies, newspapers and magazines, radio and TV stations, advertising and PR agencies.
