For 3 year BSc: a matriculation certificate (the Matura certificate) or equivalent document confirming that the student is eligible for admission to higher education.
The three year programme aims to provide students with the solid background of theoretical and experimental foundations of Physics. The physics graduates are seen by educational, institutions, programming companies, diagnostic laboratories, engineering and technological institutions.
The programme includes obligatory courses in Mathematical Analysis, Algebraic and Geometrical Methods in Physics, Fundamentals of Physics, Astronomy, Fundamentals of Programming, Metrology, Physics Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Classical and Relativistic Mechanics, Quantum Mechanics Foundations, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics and Statistical Physics, Mathematical Methods in Physics.
The studies offer the following specializations: Environmental Physics, Computer Physics and Computer Astrophysics. The students choose their specialization after the first semester participating in specialized courses.
During the last two semesters the students participate in monographic lectures, general and bachelor thesis seminars.
Studies end with writing bachelor thesis and passing the bachelor examination.
